Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your appliances. We deliver across Uganda, with timing and any delivery charge shown at checkout based on your location and the size of the items.

Large appliances such as fridges, cookers, and washing machines are delivered by our specialist team. Please make sure there is clear access to the delivery point, and inspect each item on arrival before signing. Where installation or connection is offered, this will be noted on the product page or arranged with you.

Once your order is on its way, we will contact you to confirm timing. If you are unavailable, we will reschedule to the next convenient delivery slot.
